Brittany Brayboy, M.A.

Licensed Resident in Counseling

Everyone in this world is a little different. The differences are what make us special. We all have our ups and downs and with those we may need a shoulder to lean on or an ear to listen. I believe that beneath whatever heavy storms, tangled briars, or shadows you are currently navigating, there is an enchanted wellspring of healing and magic waiting inside you.

As a Licensed Resident in Counseling, I offer a cozy, starry sanctuary, a place where you can unfurl your wings, shake off whatever you have been holding onto and be exactly who you are, completely free of judgment.

Together, we will gently wander through the misty forests of emotional regulation, stress, depression, trauma, or anything you would like to speak on. I would like to assist you in untangling old enchantments that no longer serve you. To gather bright new spells, coping skills, and light to assist you in your journey ahead.

Focus & Approach

I work with children and adults (normally children ages 6 and up). I use many different techniques to assist you with growth. From Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy to Holistic Therapy, I find myself being multi-theoretical and love to learn new ways to assist others.

Who I Am

I am an Army National Guard soldier with a master’s degree from Liberty University. For me, mental health work isn’t just a career—it’s a calling to shift the stigma and show that seeking help takes true strength. When I’m not supporting soldiers or clients, I stay grounded by embracing the chaos and joy of raising my five little ones, crafting, cooking, and diving into a good anime.
