Professional Counseling
The counseling services at Free Spirit are not tailored to one specialized population or issue. We are generalists who help with all kinds of situations, to include but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, military and military family challenges, trauma and PTSD, life transitions, chronic illness, spirituality concerns, grief and loss, substance abuse, relationship challenges, play therapy, and more. We see ages 6+ and provide individual, couples, families, and group work, and we also provide online therapy. Find out more
