Professional Philosophy

From her own perspective: “I believe that therapy should be a place of safety, healing, and growth. Life’s challenges are not meant to be faced alone, and through my work I want to provide the support and encouragement you need to move forward into a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Therapy looks different for every person and in every season, and I aim to provide the “landing place” that you need right now. Whether you are contemplating major changes, dealing with past challenges, or seeking to make wise choices in the present, it is my honor to walk with you and provide a space for the investment in yourself that you so truly deserve.”

Clinical & Professional Experience

Blair first encountered the need for solid mental health support while teaching in North Carolina and transitioned to the mental health field to more fully focus on providing excellent care.
