She works from a foundation of person-centered therapy, combined with elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Positive Psychotherapy, and expressive arts techniques.

Professional Philosophy

According to Kacey, “I believe counseling is a safe space for you to reach deeper levels of self-awareness — tapping into your inner guidance, strengths, resources, and values — and to live from your most authentic being. I envision the therapeutic work to be an organic, unfolding process of healing, transformation, and growth, however that looks for you as an individual. You are the expert on you and your life. It’s truly an honor to work collaboratively alongside you on your journey.”
