Professional Philosophy

According to Retecka, “There is no doubt assisting clients to acknowledge, address and decipher life challenges is my passion and calling. Therapy can unpack layers of discomfort and is not always a comfortable road to travel.  However, I deeply believe therapy is also a journey to discover strengths, an opportunity to gain tools to assist with everyday stressors and to rediscover or learn the greatness rooted in individual(s).”
